I’m Jéssica, founder of CREME.

CREME was born from a very personal place — from knowing what it feels like to carry emotional weight quietly, to live between countries and life chapters, and to need a space where no one rushes your healing.

Today, I hold that space for other women.

Based in the Swiss Alps and working with clients across Europe, I offer structured, gentle energy sessions focused on nervous-system regulation and emotional release. I support sensitive, self-aware women navigating emotional overwhelm, burnout, transition, or rebuilding — helping them move from internal overload to calm clarity.

My work combines Reiki, intuitive guidance, and subtle ritual, but more than techniques, what I offer is safety. When the body feels safe, it softens. And when it softens, clarity comes naturally.

I don’t believe in fixing women.
I believe in supporting them as they return to themselves.
